How do I download or access my ticket?
Open the app → My Tickets. Your QR code is always saved there. You can also screenshot it or save it to your phone gallery before the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Some events allow transfers. Check your ticket options in the app. If transfer isn't available, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
What if the venue turns my ticket away?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We'll verify your purchase and liaise with the organiser on your behalf, right then and there.
I'M AN ORGANISER
How do I create and publish an event?
Go to Host → Create Event. Fill in your details, set your ticket tiers, and publish. Your event goes live immediately after review.
When do I receive my ticket revenue?
Payouts are processed within 48 hours after your event ends. Set your bank details under Account → Payout Settings before publishing.
Can I offer VIP or multiple ticket tiers?
Yes. Add multiple tiers when creating your event: General, VIP, Table, Stool, and more. You control pricing and availability for each.
